Customer Service Advisor

Summary/Objective:

To support the ongoing operations at Canvas Craft and to enhance the quality of the customer experience with a positive attitude.

Essential Functions:

This job is the first point of contact for many customers and inquires. It requires customer service along with administrative tasks. This Individual must be organized and detail-oriented but also possess the ability to assist customer requests with a positive attitude.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.  

Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Direct Customer Service: 

      • Initial Point of contact for Inbound customer inquiries.  

      • Problem-solve customer issues.

      • Maintain Customer and CRM database.

    • Maintain Customer Schedule:

      • Maintain Master Schedule with Accuracy. 

      • Maintain timely and accurate schedule of all jobs with input from Operations team.

    • Ability to check in/out customers using QB’s system.

    • Accurate documentation of all job work orders, invoices, and schedule.

    • Front Office/Showroom- Maintain and promote professional image for company.   

    • Friendly, polite, kind, helpful with professional phone etiquette is required.  

    • Proficient with all products and services sold by Canvas Craft. 

Successful candidates will have the following:

  • Participate as an active member of the Sales and Office team with professional sales and service qualities. 

  • Excellent customer skills. Must be a great communicator, outgoing, energetic, and always have a positive attitude.

  • Thrive on solving customer problems. In a fast-paced environment. Always Helpful.

  • Great computer skills including, QuickBooks, Excel, Word, CRM, and Email.

  • Great organizational and scheduling skills.
