What is the best boat cover?
At Canvas Craft, we recommend boat covers based on how you're planning on using, storing and trailering your boat. At the end of the day, the best covers are the ones that fit your unique boating needs, because quality and a perfect fit should be guaranteed already.
How much is a custom-made boat cover?
At Canvas Craft, our boat cover prices are based on the size of cover, fabric being used, and any customizations (i.e. notches for trolling motor, gas cap, etc.) required. At a high level, you should plan on your quality, custom boat cover ranging between $600-$1,200. But know that certain boats hold higher cover costs.
Do I need to cover my boat?
Your boat cover is the best possible way to protect your time on the water. A quality cover protects against dust & debris and unwanted animals getting inside your boat. It also provides UV protection for your boat's interior. So yes, at Canvas Craft we believe you need a boat cover.
Can I just cover my boat with a tarp?
While tarps can provide some protection, they are - in most cases - not trailerable, and usually do not protect your boat against heavy rain or snow. This, coupled with limited ventilation, which can cause moisture/mold/mildew to build up, makes choosing a custom boat cover the better solution.
