Compensation:
$60,000/year base + 3% commission 
Location: On-site (Otsego, MN)

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a results-oriented sales professional to be a part of our team dedicated to delivering excellence in every aspect of the sales journey. The Production Sales role demands exceptional skills in customer service and relationship building. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to corporate and industrial businesses, engaging with management-level professionals, and building bridges to top-tier decision-makers. Your mission: to sell custom-engineered solutions featuring our top-of-the-line products.

We need someone who will embrace the opportunity to excel in a dynamic, high-growth, and rapidly expanding selling environment. We need this person to not only thrive on these challenges but also have the resilience to navigate the unique terrain of a small business. This means wearing many different hats within the organization while maintaining the Canvas Craft core values: Prudence, Positive “Can Do” Attitude, and Teamwork/Collaboration. With a sales cycle spanning 3-6 months, you will need to nurture leads, demonstrate your expertise, and make strategic moves to close deals. This role primarily involves hunting for new business opportunities and taking charge of the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing. There may be times this role is required to travel for potential shows.

Necessary Role Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or related field

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in sales

  • Valid Driver’s License (Required)

  • Reliable vehicle (Required)

  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Experience creating detailed reports and presenting presentations
